Come on over — we’re family here! For those simple, same-day needs like ear checks or strep tests, we’re happy to come out to your car. Prefer the comfort of home? We also offer Drive-By Home Visits where we come to you for a slightly higher rate.

What's Included:

  • Ear check or strep swab only

  • Optional rapid strep test (+$25 to any visit)

  • Prescription if needed

  • Immune support recs

  • Note: no full exam provided, weight and allergies must be provided in advance

Pricing:

  • Drive-By Visit (at our preferred location) – $50
    Perfect for us to come out to your car for a quick ear check or strep swab.

  • Drive-By Home Visit – $100
    We’ll come to you for those same quick checks in the comfort of your own home.

  • Add-On Tests:
    • Rapid Strep Swab – $25
    • Drive-By Home Ear Check – $150 (includes visit)

Add-On Pricing with a Telemedicine Visit:

  • Drive-By Visit (at our preferred location)- $40 Perfect for when you need an in-person check or test added on to your telemedicine visit for a complete diagnosis.

**20% off for each additional sibling added to the drive-by visit

Reach out to schedule an appointment by calling or texting 817-761-1684. We’re available to answer any questions you may have Monday–Saturday, 8AM–8PM as soon as we are able. Before or after scheduling, please visit our Register & Connect page so we can gather all of the necessary documents ahead of your appointment.

We accept credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards as forms of payment. While we don’t accept insurance as a form of payment, we’re happy to provide a superbill upon request if you’d like to submit for reimbursement.
