When are you available?

We’re available Monday–Saturday, 8AM–8PM to answer texts, calls, and emails. It’s just Kate and Alison on the line, but we do our best to respond quickly and make sure every family feels cared for. Whether you’re scheduling a visit or just have a quick question, we’re here for you!

Appointment times vary week to week, but we’ll always do our best to find a time that works well for your family.

Do you offer primary care services?

Yes! We do offer primary care services — either through a monthly membership or pay-per-visit option, depending on what works best for your family. You can learn more about our approach to primary care and what’s included here Primary Care Visits & Monthly Memberships.

Do you take insurance?

We don’t accept insurance as payment, but if your insurance will let you file a claim for reimbursement, we’ll provide a superbill and detailed receipt so you can submit it at your convenience after each visit.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • HSA (Health Savings Account) cards

  • FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards
