For families who want the freedom of flexible, accessible care without worrying about unexpected costs. Our membership includes all of the above (excluding intensives) and direct access to your pediatric team 6 days a week.

What's Included:

  • Unlimited primary care, sick visits & telemedicine visits

  • Unlimited drive-by visits (ear/strep checks)

  • Direct access to Kate & Alison 7a–9p, M–Sat (text/email/call)

Pricing (per month):

  • 1 child: $150

  • 2 children: $200

  • 3 children: $250

  • 4+ children: $300

**Membership also includes 30% off all other services.

We accept credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards as forms of payment. While we don’t accept insurance as a form of payment, we’re happy to provide a superbill upon request if you’d like to submit for reimbursement.
