Primary Care Pay Per Visit

Newborn Primary Care Membership

  • $117/month during baby's first year (a $1,400 value)

  • Includes all recommended well-child visits during the first year:

    • Newborn visit

    • 2-week visit

    • 1-month visit

    • 2-month visit

    • 4-month visit

    • 6-month visit

    • 9-month visit

    • 12-month visit

What Isn’t Included:

  • Vaccines and vaccine administration fees

  • Laboratory testing and imaging studies

  • Medications and prescription costs

  • Home visit fees

  • Specialty or intensive visits not specifically included in the membership

  • Hospital, emergency room, urgent care, or specialist services provided outside of Cowtown Pediatric Concierge

Prefer to Be Seen at Home?

One of the benefits of our membership program is the flexibility to receive care where it's most convenient for your family. Any wellness or sick visit included in your membership can be provided in your home for an additional fee.

• Home Visit Upgrade: +$100 per visit
• Additional $50 travel fee for locations more than 30 minutes from our clinic

Whether it's a feeding concern, rash, fever, ear infection, or another unexpected illness, you'll have the peace of mind of knowing that one sick visit each month is included with your membership, helping you avoid additional visit fees throughout your baby's first year.

This package provides over $1,400 in wellness care alone, with the added benefit of included sick visits and concierge-level support during your baby's first year of life.

We accept credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards as forms of payment. While we don’t accept insurance as a form of payment, we’re happy to provide a superbill upon request if you’d like to submit for reimbursement.
