For families who want the freedom of flexible, accessible care without worrying about unexpected costs. Our membership includes all of the visits listed below and direct access to your pediatric team 6 days a week.
What's Included:
Unlimited primary care, sick visits & telemedicine visits
Unlimited drive-by visits (ear/strep checks)
Direct access to Kate & Alison 8a–8p, M–Sat (text/email/call)
What Isn’t Included:
Vaccines and vaccine administration fees
Laboratory testing and imaging studies
Medications and prescription costs
Home visit fees
Specialty or intensive visits not specifically included in the membership
Hospital, emergency room, urgent care, or specialist services provided outside of Cowtown Pediatric Concierge
Pricing (per month):
1 child: $150
2 children: $200
3 children: $250
4+ children: $300
Prefer to Be Seen at Home?
One of the benefits of our membership program is the flexibility to receive care where it's most convenient for your family. Any wellness or sick visit included in your membership can be provided in your home for an additional fee.
• Home Visit Upgrade: +$100 per visit
• Additional $50 travel fee for locations more than 30 minutes from our clinic
**Membership also includes 30% off all other services not already included .

Enjoy the flexibility of scheduling care only when you need it, without a monthly membership commitment. Our pay-per-visit option provides the same personalized, relationship-based care, longer appointment times, and direct access to our team that all Cowtown families receive.

How to Schedule
We’re Here When You Need Us.
Reach out to schedule an appointment by calling or texting 817-761-1684. We’re available to answer any questions you may have Monday–Saturday, 8AM–8PM as soon as we are able. Before or after scheduling, please visit our Register & Connect page so we can gather all of the necessary documents ahead of your appointment.

We accept credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards as forms of payment. While we don’t accept insurance as a form of payment, we’re happy to provide a superbill upon request if you’d like to submit for reimbursement.
