Prefer to Be Seen at Home?

We understand that bringing a child into the clinic isn't always the most convenient option, which is why we offer home visits for families who prefer to receive care in the comfort of their own home. Any wellness or sick visit can be provided in your home for an additional fee.

• Home Visit Upgrade: +$100 per visit
• Additional $50 travel fee for locations more than 30 minutes from our clinic

Before or after scheduling, please visit our Register & Connect page so we can gather all of the necessary documents ahead of your appointment.

We accept credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards as forms of payment. While we don’t accept insurance as a form of payment, we’re happy to provide a superbill upon request if you’d like to submit for reimbursement.
